Conducted third-party certification audits on behalf of DNV across Australian organisations, assessing conformance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
Third-Party Auditing — TÜV SÜD
Delivered auditing services for TÜV SÜD in the UAE, conducting certification audits for regional organisations.
Internal Audit Programme & Management System Consulting — AMSA
Redefined the scope of AMSA's integrated management system for certification purposes — optimising the certification structure to reduce third-party audit burden and cost while maintaining certification status. Developed and delivered a risk-based internal audit programme across Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment.
ISO 9001 Certification — Chemical Manufacturing
Developed the full suite of QMS documentation — quality manual, procedures, work instructions, and supporting records — aligned with ISO 9001 requirements. Established an internal audit programme, prepared the organisation for third-party certification, and supported them through to achieving ISO 9001 certification.

Founder's Prior Engagements
The following projects were delivered by Mohamed Hassan during his tenure with previous employers. They demonstrate the depth of capability — both in management systems and digital solutions — that underpins everything Qualbrix offers.
Audit & Action Management System — Naval Ship Management
Built a complete Audit and Action Management solution on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with SharePoint as the data source. The system managed internal audits, subcontractor audits, and client audits — tracking scheduling, execution, findings, and corrective actions across a complex multi-stakeholder Defence environment.
Additionally developed a separate Action Management tool for the entire business and pioneered a collaborative Enterprise Audit Programme enabling all enterprise partners and stakeholders to conduct audits jointly — an approach highly regarded by the Defence client.
Risk Management, Audit & Document Management — Spotless / New Royal Adelaide Hospital
Built multiple integrated digital solutions using SharePoint and Infowise (forms and workflow engine).
- Risk Management Solution — Structured risk register aligned with ISO 31000 and SA Health's risk and information security frameworks
- Audit & CAPA Management — Internal audit programme with corrective and preventive action tracking
- Customer Feedback Management — Complaints handling system compliant with ISO 10002
- Document Management System — Governing 1,600+ controlled documents with coded, version-controlled access
- Purchase Order Application — End-to-end PO management from requisition to approval to issuance
Additionally designed and implemented the QMS compliant with ISO 9001:2015, a Risk Management framework aligned with ISO 31000, a Business Continuity framework based on AS 5050, and a Performance Monitoring and Reporting Programme across 13 services.
Quality & Excellence Programme — Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Led the quality function for 5 years, managing a team of 28 Excellence coordinators. Built an Audit and Corrective/Preventive Action Management solution. Developed a corporate performance management system to measure strategic, operational, and process performance with KPI frameworks, target setting, and performance dashboards.
Key achievements: Achieved certifications to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001. Delivered the highest customer satisfaction scores across all Dubai Government departments for 4 consecutive years (2009–2012) — the first organisation in the Dubai Government Excellence Program history to score above 90% satisfaction.
